These Value plans have high out-of-network out-of-pocket limits which help drive down premium even further. But with this option, in-network usage is preferred. Our qualified HDHP plans can be paired with an HSA (Health Savings Account).
Seamless and immediate Stop Loss Protection is what makes our Self-Funded product UNIQUE. At Nippon Life Benefits, we administer both the medical plan and the stop loss protection. Therefore, funds are available immediately for paying claims. As your partner, standard administration services are included in all Self-Funded plans.
